You already know what you need. What you are actually buying is a trade partner who hits the rough-in date, passes inspection first time, and does not become the reason the schedule slips.
Who this is for
Residential and commercial developers, and general contractors needing a mechanical or electrical trade partner.

Straight answers
What you are going to ask anyway
- Can you hold a rough-in date?
- That is the whole question, and we would rather decline work than commit to a date we cannot hold. Tell us the schedule before the scope and we will tell you straight.
- How do you handle change orders?
- In writing, priced, before the work happens. On a construction schedule a surprise invoice at closeout is worse than the cost of the change itself.
- Do you work as a sub, or only as prime?
- Both. On developer and GC work we are usually the mechanical or electrical sub, and we are comfortable in that seat.
- What volume can you take?
- Ask us with the actual project in front of you. We will give you a real answer rather than saying yes and finding out later, that failure mode costs you more than a decline.
